What happens after I subscribe?

Simply contact us with the plan you would like. We will send you a formal invoice, and your account is activated as soon as payment is received — usually within one working day.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes. An institutional licence covers up to three named users. Simply let us know the names and email addresses of your team members and we will set up their accounts. For larger teams, please contact us.

Can I get an invoice for my organisation?

Yes. A formal invoice is issued for every membership, and we accept purchase orders. Just let us know your organisation's invoicing requirements when you contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Memberships run for twelve months from activation and do not renew automatically. Towards the end of your membership year we will be in touch about renewal; if you choose not to renew, your access simply ends at the close of the current period.
