What happens after I subscribe?

You will be redirected to a secure PayPal checkout page. Once payment is complete, your account is activated immediately and you can access the members area straight away.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes. An institutional licence covers up to five named users. After subscribing, you can invite team members from your account dashboard. For larger teams, please contact us.

Can I get an invoice for my organisation?

Yes. PayPal generates a receipt automatically upon payment. You can also request a formal invoice or purchase order arrangement by contacting us before subscribing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Memberships are billed annually. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
